Faced with the phenomenon that is Big Data, many have reached a tipping point where they know they need to transform.   The good news is that many have both recognized the challenge and have embraced the value that Cognitive Analytics can provide in engaging the citizenry in new ways, uncovering formerly hidden insights, and creating entirely new ways of optimizing the mission – and from this we now know that the transformation looks like.

This best practices, experience based discussion will:

  • Describe the common mission analytics challenges government mission and business leaders face,
  • Define the Cognitive Analytics era, and describe the opportunity it creates
  • Examine more than a dozen case studies in which leaders have taken steps to seize the opportunity.
  • Review the recurring keys lessons learned and best practices for getting started.
  • Explain how next generation analytics lays the foundation for building the cognitive enterprise.
