Edoardo De Martin brings two decades of coaching and leadership to his role as Director of the Microsoft Canada Excellence Center (Microsoft Vancouver) . Starting out in telecommunications, De Martin quickly made the shift to video games, climbing the ladder from Producer to Franchise Development Director at EA. In 2005, he was named the Studio General Manager for Next Level Games and over the next six years landed the organization on both Canada’s Top 100 Employers and Best Company to Work for in BC lists. De Martin joined Microsoft in 2011 and moved into his current position at Microsoft Vancouver in late 2015, with a focus on building relationships, creating a sense of community and growing teams within an environment of innovation.
